request for Proposals: Oregon Household Activity Survey
Lane Council of Governments invited Proposals for the Oregon Household Activity Survey (OHAS), a collaborative and coordinated multi-agency effort.
The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit consultant Proposals for a three Phase project to scope, design and implement a Household Activity Survey statewide in Oregon. The three Phases are:
· Phase I – Scoping. This Phase includes evaluating and documenting best practices, methodologies and strategies for implementing a statewide household survey.
· Phase II – Survey Design. This Phase includes developing the design, methodology and cost for implementing a statewide household survey.
· Phase III – Implementation. This Phase includes implementation of the Statewide survey in accordance with the Phase II Survey Design as approved by the Agency.
This RFP has closed. LCOG has reviewed and ranked the proposals received and has issued a Notice of Intent to Award.
